Workmetal S.r.l. has been operational from 1992 in the general sheet metal machining and processing field (iron, stainless steel,
galvanised, electro-galvanised, aluzinc, aluminium, copper and brass) and offers its services in a broad range of sectors, for example:
passenger lifts, electronics, safety, telephony, electro-medical and automation.
Workmetal S.r.l. is also able to offer items which are finished with the following treatments: galvanic, heat, epoxy powder and silkscreen painted, in addition to semi-finished components produced in accordance with the customer's design or with the support of the internal assistance and technical consultancy service.
The various production phases, including punching, laser cutting, bending, pressing threaded inserts, welding and assembly are performed on a surface area of approximately 4,000 sq.m. that is divided into various industrial buildings.
The range of machines is inspected periodically and subjected to thorough maintenance, and includes the most up-to-date numerically controlled machine tools (Amada Schiavi bending machines, Wiedemann punching machines, Haeger hydraulic presses for threaded inserts, Bystronic laser). The range of machines assures a considerable production capacity and enables various materials to be machined, in an array of varied dimensions and thicknesses.
A constant commitment to the staff's training and professional growth has enabled Workmetal S.r.l. to provide high-level technical assistance that monitors the project during all of its phases and to propose solutions which satisfy the needs of its customers.
Workmetal S.r.l. obtained UNI EN ISO 9002 certification in 1998, in 2010 this certification was updated to ISO 9001:2008, guaranteeing further the quality, reliability and safety in relation to the products and services.
The Company can receive the purchase orders in various formats: hardcopy, e-mail, web edit and has significant experience in the JUST IN TIME and KANBAN processes and supplies.
