Quality
Workmetal S.r.l. was established with a strong drive to ensure quality, understood as a strategic objective to achieve the Company's growth.
The need to embody the experience gained and the staff's natural propensity towards a quality system was satisfied in 1998 when the Company obtained UNI EN ISO 9002 certification.
The quality management system was certified on 29/04/2003 in compliance with the requirements established by the ISO 9001:2000 standards, and this was updated in 2010 to ISO 9001:2008.

Quality has the following meanings for Workmetal S.r.l.:
  • to satisfy the customer's requests and expectations in terms of solutions, timing and the services provided;
  • to respond to the sector competition by remaining in harmony with the market indexes, but without reducing the quality of the service offered;
  • to remain competitive by constantly analysing and assessing the technological innovations;
  • to assure the customer receives a product manufactured in accordance with criteria which assure the best possible quality.
The Quality System implemented and applied from 1998 involves every aspect of the product, from the customer's request up to the product delivery stage and is based on the close collaboration among the Managers and operators of each production phase. All the staff is fully aware and is made suitably responsible within the production flow in order to monitor constantly the Quality System's performance while tending to enhance the performance achieved.

The procedures adopted are now fully tested, and today, enable Workmetal S.r.l. to minimise the production flaws and to guarantee an extremely competitive quality for the products offered.
